With BIM software as our mainframe, our task is to create a spatially fully coordinated design and BIM model. Coordinating a vast amount of information between stakeholders, engineers, clients and contractors is proven to be essential in large scale project, making up most of our portfolio. Our services include creation of detailed design drawings and details, interdisciplinary coordination, clash control, quantity take-off, permitting and the preparation of specifications.

Our responsibility in this stage includes:

• Detailed Design Drawings

Production of detailed design drawings and documentation, including as plans, sections, elevations, fragments and design details.
We are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all project-related documentation, including drawings, specifications, change orders and correspondence.

• Disciplinary Coordination

Collaboration with the engineers and consultants to ensure that all aspects of the design and technical specifications are well-integrated and meet the project's requirements.

• Code Compliance

In collaboration with local consultants, we ensure that the design and BIM model complies with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.

• Change Management

Leading change management. As the design evolves, we manage and document any changes or revisions that occur during the design development stage.

• Quantity Take-Off

Development of detailed quantity take-off from our BIM models allowing contractor/developer to prepare a detailed cost estimations.

• Communication is Key

Maintaining an ongoing communication with the client to present design options, discuss any changes or concerns, and keep the client informed about the progress of the project.

• Sustainable Strategy Implementation

To achieve the projects sustainable design goals, we work on the integration of energy-efficient systems, environmental friendly materials and other green building strategies into the design.
