Design Developement
In collaboration with the American agency CRTKL and our local partner STRATA, we have been responsible for the complete development of the future headquarters of the North Caspian Operation Company. This included the project management between all designing parties and the client, BIM coordination and the drafting and modelling of the architectural design to Detailed Design ready for tendering with a LEED Gold certification.
Where we are responsible for the development of vision and concept in most projects, the focus of our work in this largescale collaboration was on monitoring and developing the concept within all variables such as location and climate, technology and buildability, budget and good design.
